As we expand our government contracting and business services operations, we are hiring 250+ Proposal Writers and Government Contracting Specialists to identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and respond to government procurement opportunities.
Compensation is tied directly to performance. As the company grows, our goal is to transition strong performers into permanent salaried positions as soon as possible.
What you’ll do
- Research procurement portals and monitor RFPs, RFQs, RFSQs, and tenders
- Review solicitations: requirements, evaluation criteria, and deadlines
- Assess whether opportunities are suitable to pursue
- Draft executive summaries, technical responses, capability statements, and methodologies
- Coordinate with the team to gather proposal information
- Assist with pricing, scopes of work, and schedules
- Track deadlines and maintain an organised opportunity pipeline
- Follow up on submissions and track outcomes
Who we’re looking for
- An excellent, professional business writer
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, comfortable with deadlines
- Comfortable researching complex information and following detailed requirements
- Interested in government contracting and procurement
- Experience in proposal writing, RFP responses, grant writing, or procurement is an advantage
