HR Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist

Acumen Agency is a growing startup and international business services company currently undertaking mass hiring across Canada and internationally.
We are looking for energetic, ambitious people to help us recruit hundreds of new employees across multiple departments. You will be provided with a hiring list and recruitment framework, and your role is to help execute our mass-hiring strategy.
The role starts as performance-based, with strong performers able to transition into a salaried position as soon as possible.
What you’ll do
- Post opportunities across Indeed, social media, and employment platforms
- Source candidates through job boards, networking, and outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Communicate Acumen Agency’s vision, culture, and opportunities
- Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up consistently
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training
- Keep organised recruitment records and meet hiring targets
Who we’re looking for
- Energetic, ambitious, and comfortable communicating with people
- Organised and able to follow a structured system
- Familiar with social media and online recruiting platforms
- Confident conducting interviews
- Experience in HR, recruitment, sales, or customer service is an advantage
